Introduction

I saw a recipe for meatloaf muffins, so I took the idea of using the muffin tins for portion controls and changed the ingredients to what I had easy access to. I saw a recipe for meatloaf muffins, so I took the idea of using the muffin tins for portion controls and changed the ingredients to what I had easy access to.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 pkg McCormick Meat Loaf seasoning mix
    1.25 lbs Jennieo Lean Ground Turkey
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs (can use 1 cup soft crumbs, but I don't know how that affects the nutritional values)
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and sugar in large bowl until well blended.

Place 10 cupcake liners in a muffin tin and fill each cup equally.

Combine sugar and tomato sauce and use to top muffins.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 - 45 minutes or until cooked through.
