Chilled carrot soup

Ingredients

1 Garlic clove -- minced
2 c VEGETABLE stock
1 Onion chopped
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepp
1/4 c Orange juice
1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
1 lb Carrots, peeled -- 1/2" sli
1/8 ts Grated nutmeg
1 Med. Potato
1/2 c milk
scoop of greek yogurt
chopped of chives
Directions
Combine the garlic, onion, orange juice, carrots, and potato and cook until tender.Puree. Pour in milk and yogurt and combine. Add vegetable broth, pepper, cayenne, nutmeg, chives, and CHILL for up to 4 days.
