Ingredients

Boboli whole wheat pizza crust
organic refried beans, 15 oz can
seasoned black beans
reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
left over chicken, we used a rotissori chicken
1 tomato, diced
taco seasoning
salsa
baked Doritos
onion, I used some from a pre-cut frozen bag
Directions
saute onions, meanwhile prep pizza
Take pizza shell, put about half the can of refried beans pizza shell. After onion is done add that. Then top with seasoned black beans, chicken pieces, tomato, sprinkle taco seasoning, salsa and shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese. If you required a little more flavor we found a sprinkle of onion powder or garlic powder did the trick.
When serving top with broken up baked dorito chips. (May stick better if you first add a thin layer of FF sour cream). Serve with a veggie or tossed salad (salsa is a great dressing).
