Garlic & Onion Burgers

Ingredients

    2 lb. 93% lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients into ground beef.

2. Let seasoned beef sit in refrigerator 2 to 4 hours.

3. Make into 8 patties.

4. Grill burgers approx. 6 min. on each side.
