Creamy Low Fat HummusSubmitted by: POOHSME
Yogurt, plain, low fat 1/2 cup
Garlic, 3 cloves
Tahini, 2 tbsp
Green Giant Chick Peas, one can
This hummus is yummy with out the fat content of normal hummus. While it is not completely low fat, it is a healthier version. Cayenne pepper is optional. I, however, like the extra kick. This yeilds about 1/4 cup serving sizes.
