500 grams chicken thigh, no skin, no bones
1 big onion., peeled
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
2 tbsp curry powder
6 tbsp coconut milk
salt and pepper
1 tbsp white flour
Add curry powder, stir till cooked but not burnt.
Cube chicken and add, seer with garlic and onion
Add coconut milk and little water
Let it simmer for 35 - 40 minutes
To thicken, add flour and cook through.
Serve on rice with spinach and cucumber sambal.
