L.R. lasagna casserole

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground venison
    1-1/2 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. whole wheat noodles, cooked and drained
    12 oz. fat-free ricotta
    1/2 cup grated parmesan

Directions

Brown venison. Combine venison, sauce, noodles and ricotta. Place in a 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through. makes 10-1-cup servings.

  • I can't help it--I still sprinkle mozzerella over the top. Sure it adds calories, but it's a habit I'm just not ready to break... absolutely delicious!! Can still seperate the sauce/meat and the cheeses (add the noodles to one or the other) and layer for a more lasagna-y look... - 7/7/08
