Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Whole Banana
    5 Strawberries. Halves
    1 C. 1% Milk
    1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Makes 2-3 Smoothies
Cut the banana in half and put in blender. Take 5 strawberries and cut each one in halves. Put in blender. Measure out one cup of milk, and pour in blender. Sprinkle a little of cinnamon. And measure and pour the vanilla extract. Push puree and there it is. A healthy treat.
