Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    fresh mint leaves, 1 tsp
    Ground beef, lean, 4 oz
    Cabbage, fresh,1/2head, small
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove chopped
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, chopped 1/4 cup
    Zucchini, 1 cup, chopped

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Cook ground beef and drain.
Add remaining ingredients to ground beef and cover, cook on low heat 10-15 minutes until vegetables are cooked. Remove cover turn heat up to medium cook until vegetables are slightly browned.
