Introduction

This is a great way to use up left over rice or you can make it just for this dish. This is a great way to use up left over rice or you can make it just for this dish.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups of instant brown rice
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1 cup green onions
    2 eggs ( scrambled)
    1 cup fresh cabbage ( or other cabbage type)chopped coarsely
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup green pepper
    1 cup shiitake
    8 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 Tablespoon sesame oil if desired

Directions

messure 3 cups rice, wether making fresh for this dish or left over. Now set rice aside for now and chop cabbage or other cabbage type of vegie and cut up green onions small. Heat wok or skillet and spray with olive oil spray. This kind of spray oil has no calories. Add to hot wok cabbage, mushrooms and green pepper, stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add spray oil as needed. Then add bean sprouts and rice, stir to incorperate. Then add frozen peas and sesame oil with the soy sauce. Now make a well in the center of the rice and add the scrambled egg, allow it cook up a bit before you add it all to the rice. Now the best part, you get to serve and eat, enjoy! Sesame oil was not included in calories.
