This is quick and easy rice recipe, is usually served with the main course.
Knorr can also be substitude with any chicken boullion.

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    canola oil 1tbspn
    *Tomatoes, 2 plum tomatoes
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, large
    knorr tomato bouillon with chicken flavor, 1 tspn
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Mixed Vegetables, canned,

Directions

On a frying pan add 1 tbsp of oil, add rice and fry for about 3 min at medium temperature, stir the rice, add the canned of veggies(drain before), stir for about 1 minute, in a blender add tomatoes,garlic,cilantro,onion and salt and water.
pour the tomato sauce on rice, add the knorr and stir. cover pan reduce to low and wait about 30 min or untill water is gone.(while rice is cover do no stir or rice will come sticky.
