Introduction

Low-Cal, Low-Fat, Low-Carb, Big Taste! Low-Cal, Low-Fat, Low-Carb, Big Taste!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup sliced Zucchini
    1/2 cup sliced Summer (Yellow) Squash
    6 Tablespoons Pico de Gallo
    1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

Slice 1/2 cup fresh Zucchini and Summer (Yelow) Squash. Place on a 9 X 9 piece of aluminum foil.
Sprinkle black pepper over slices. Top with 6 Tbls. Pico de Gallo. Fold aluminum foil over the veggies and secure the edges well.
Place on the grill AWAY from the fire for about 10 minutes.
Use to top burgers or hot dogs or eat alone as a great side-dish!
Serves 2.
