Introduction

I tweaked this recipe from Alton Brown. Just a couple of little changes made it better for me. I tweaked this recipe from Alton Brown. Just a couple of little changes made it better for me.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 avocados
    1 tomato diced
    juice of 1 lime
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/2 tsp cumin (ground)
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (ground)
    1/2 medium onion (or 1 small) (diced)
    1 tbsp cilantro
    1 clove garlic minced

Directions

Remove pits from avocados and scoop pulp into food processor.
Squeeze lime over avocado pulp to juice.
Dice tomato, onion and mince garlic and put in separate bowl.
Add salt, cumin and cayenne pepper to avacado pulp. Turn food processor on and let mix. Add onion tomato and garlic mixture. Let food processor blend until smooth if possible. Add cilantro and mix. Place in bowl and let sit at room temperature for an hour if possible before serving.
