Introduction

A Great Light Alternative to Coleslaw! A Great Light Alternative to Coleslaw!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1/2c Vegetable/Canola Oil
    3 Tbs. Vinegar
    2 Tbs. Sugar
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Pepper

    Salad:
    8 c. Shredded Cabbage
    1/4 c. Toasted Almond Slivers
    1 pkg. Ramen Noodles, uncooked

Directions

Combine all ingredients for dressing, mix well.

In a large bowl mix cabbage, almonds. Break up Ramen Noodles into bite size pieces. Add to cabbage.

Pour dressing over cabbage & toss immediatly before serving
