Introduction

Really basic and better for you than mac n cheese from a box. Makes 12 big servings. I like to add in whatever veggies I have on hand. They tend to pick them out but at least I tried! Ingredients



    Heartland Whole wheat Spaghetti, 24 oz -2boxes
    * Butter, salted, 1 stick
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    * Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook pasta, drain, toss with remaining ingredients. Serves 12

  • I have such a hard time to get my 2 year old to eat. But both my husband and daughter loved this meal! It was quick and easy. I used olive oil instead of butter to cut calories and the noodles stuck together. Next time I will probably use a little butter. - 7/12/11

    I have found that you can go half butter and half olive oil without having the noodles stick together so much. I'm glad you enjoyed this recipe.
