1 large can (13oz) canned Chicken I use Sam's club as they don't add any preservatives or flavorings etc. -drain-
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbls Classico Sun Dried tomato pesto
1/2 cup crumbled feta
add pesto, mix well and remove from heat and then add the feta.
This came out to about 10 oz and I used 2oz in a serving.
This is great by it's self for very low carb, high protein lunch or put it in a wrap with some romaine or spinach lettuce or even over pasta. I put it over long grain rice
