Quick Fried Chicken Breasts

Introduction

A quick and tasty meal when served with veggies of choice. A quick and tasty meal when served with veggies of choice.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 chicken breats, boneless and skinless
    2 tbs Soy Sauce
    2 small red potatoes (approx 3 oz ea)
    season to taste

Directions

Marinate Chicken breasts in Soy Sauce for 30 minutes. Coat casserole dish with non stick spray . Dice two small red potatoes and place in dish. Bake at 350 while chicken is marinating. After marinating, coat chicken pieces with bread crumbs and add to casserole dish. Continue baking until chicken is done - about 20 minutes.

Serve with veggies of choice. Peppers can be added to the casserol dish if desired.

  • I tried this recipe, because it was feature as a 5 star. Also I like soy & new potatoes. I anticipated the appearance of the final meal. So I added a few slices of tomato on top of the chicken breasts, then added the crumbs (which I added tsp of margin in the dry mix). Potatoes were to done, so - 5/31/09

    What a great idea (the tomatoes). I was trying to think of things to put in the mix but my DH is so picky I had to keep it simple. Hes not fond of peppers so that ended my thoughts of color. Think when I make it tonight I will add some celery and carrots.
