Oatmeal Pancakes

Introduction

A great alternative to a down home breakfast. A great alternative to a down home breakfast.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 individual package of Quaker's Instant Original Oatmeal (2/3 cup)
    3 Egg Whites
    1/2 Banana (sliced)
    1 tsp. of Brown Sugar
    Syrup to taste (No more than a tablespoon!)

Directions

Mix oatmeal, egg whites, bananas, and sugar together in a bowl. I like to use a wisk to get a more "whipped" textured pancakes. Pour on hot skillet in silver dollar sized or slightly bigger. Cook like you would a pancake. Serve with just a hint of syrup. Serving size 3 silver dollar sized pancakes. Recipe should make 2 servings.
