Tom's Potato Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 yukon gold potatoes (about 15 oz)
    3 tbsp Hellmans Mayo with olive oil
    Pinch of powdered mustard
    2 tbsp chopped red onion
    pinch of black pepper

Directions

Peel potatoes, cut into 1" squares
put in pot on steamer rack w/ boiling water approx 15 min. (until easy to pierce with a knife)
Drain water
Put potatoes in bowl
add mayo, onion. pepper. mustard, mix together
put in fridge
serve cold
