Homemade Protein Bar

Introduction

Great snack for when you don't have time to make a meal. Great snack for when you don't have time to make a meal.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Water 1 cup
    Almond Butter, .75 cup or Peanut Butter
    Almonds, .5 cup, sliced
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped
    Oats, 2 cup
    Honey, .25 cup
    Homemade granola cereal, 2 cup
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 7 tsp
    100% Whey Protein, 7 serving

Directions

Bring 1/2 Cup Water to boil
add Honey, Splenda and Almond Butter.
boil until smooth and then lower heat.

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add Almond Butter Mixture
Stir in remaining water as needed to make a dough.
Put dough in a 9x13 bake pan and smooth
put in Freezer for 1 hour.
Remove and cut into 15 squares.

Great for when you don't have time for a meal.
