Mediterranean Greek Salad

Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cucumbers, seeded and sliced
    1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    4 TBSP black olives, pitted and sliced
    3 cups diced roma tomatoes
    1/2 cup red onion, sliced
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1 3/4 cup Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
    1/2 Tsp black pepper
    1 TBSP Basil


Directions

In a large salad bowl, toss together the cucumbers, feta cheese, olives, roma tomatoes, red onion, green pepper and beans. Add vinegar, pepper and basil and toss again. Chill until serving.
