2 cups sage flowers 2 cups boiling water 4 cups sugar 1/4 cup lemon juice 3 oz liquid pectin
Pour boiling water over sage flowers; let steep for at least 30 minutes. Strain liquid through cheesecloth into a large pot. Add lemon juice and sugar and boil until you can't stir down. Add liquid pectin and boil for 2 minutes. Ladle into sterile jars and process for 5 minutes in boiling water. Take lid off pot, turn off heat, and let jars sit for an additional 5 minutes. Remove jars from water and let sit for 12-24 hours at room temperature.
Makes 5 - 8 oz jars.
