Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 c each: whole wheat and all purpose flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp instant yeast
    6 oz warm water (not hot!)

Directions

Mix ingredients. Knead about 10 min. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours before using it! Cook about 20 min at 475F.

Makes 2 personal pizzas or 4 calzones
