Ingredients

    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 package frozen spinach (cooked according to package instructions)
    1 1/2 c, frozen corn (cooked according to package instructions)
    ~ 1 c. cooked quinoa
    2 c. chicken broth

Directions

Put everything in a crockpot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.
