Japenese Chicken Wings




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken wings
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 C flour
    3/4 C marg/butter

    Sauce:
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp water
    1/2 C vinegar
    1/2 C sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp accent (optional)

Directions

Boil wings and discard skin. Dip wings in egg, roll in flour. Fry in butter untill golden brown.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients together

Put wings in shallow pan, pour sauce over wings.

Bake at 350 for 30 min

Serves 4
