Introduction

Ingredients

    1.2 lb Beef Stew Pieces
    4 Cloves Garlic
    1 lb fresh Mushrooms
    1 large fresh Broccoli head (about 8 oz)
    3 large fresh Carrots
    1 Bell Pepper
    12 oz Sugar Snap Peas
    1 can Cut Baby Corn
    1 can Water Chestnuts
    1 can Bamboo Shoots
    1/2 c. Kikkoman Stir-Fry Sauce

Directions

Cut all ingredients except sauce to size. Cook together. Makes 26 1/2 c servings.
