Introduction

the best blueberry muffins you ever tasted! my husband is a very picky eater and he absolloutly loves them... the best blueberry muffins you ever tasted! my husband is a very picky eater and he absolloutly loves them...
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1. 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    2. 3/4 cup white sugar
    3. 1/2 tsp salt
    4. 2 tsp baking powder
    5. 1/3 cup vegetable oil ( i use sun flower oil)
    6. 1 egg
    7. 1/3 cup milk 2%
    8. 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

1. preheat the oven to 400 F and grease muffin cups.
2. combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
3. place the vegetable oil into 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. mix this with the flour mixture. fold in blueberries. fill muffin cups up to 2/3.
4. bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.

makes 8 muffins
