Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    boiled until cooked- remove and finely
    chop
    * *Egg Noodles, unenriched, 1 cup
    add at last 8 minutes of cook time

    * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tbsp

Directions

put everything but noodles in pot to boil until cooked. if you use the correct type meat it will not have fat in water so you do not need to strain. Pull meat out & chop when cooked. put back in water & add noodles. Cook for 8 more minutes.

Take 1/2 cup soup & add up to 1/2 cup water to dilute. It will be very strong if you do not.

Store in 1/2 cup sections & can freeze for use later.

I created this so I would have an alternative chicken noodle soup as many have soy in them.
