Ingredients

    1/2 pound Butter Creamed - Very Important to cream butter first, Cookie 226.796185 grams
    2 cups Sugar, Cookie
    3 Eggs, Cookie
    1 pound Ricotta cheese, Cookie 453.59237g
    4 cups Flour, Cookie
    1 Teaspoon Baking Soda, Cookie
    1 Teaspoon Salt, Cookie
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla, Cookie
    ----------------------------------------------------
    1/2 Cup Butter, Icing
    1/8 Teaspoon Salt, Icing
    1 Teaspoon Vanilla and Almond Extract, Icing
    3 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar, Icing
    2 Tablespoons Milk, Icing
    1 Egg, Icing

Directions

Add all cookie ingredients together and mix well.
Drop by a teaspoon on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 12 minutes.
Frost the cookies when cooled.
You may want to add food coloring to the frosting
After they have been iced, put in the freezer on wax paper on the cookie sheets.
Once frozen put them in container and leave frozen until ready to eat
