Blueberry Oat bars

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    3/4 cups milk
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 medium banana, mashed
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/2 cup splenda
    1 cup self rising flour
    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1 cup fresh blueberries (unsweetend frozen berries may be used)

Directions

Serves -- 16

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine eggs, milk, applessauce, banana, sugar, and splenda in a large bowl. Mix well. Add flour. Mix well. Stir in oats and berries.

Pour mixture into a greased (i used conola oil spray) 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

**Note the bars will not be very brown or thick.
