Saute Veggie Mix

Ingredients

    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 lb button mushrooms, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
    1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper

Directions

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions and peppers. Cook for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Saute until veggies are tender, but not over cooked. Serve over pasta, or as a pizza topping.
