Italian Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    3 TBS olive oil
    3 TBS garlic powder (or to taste)
    2 TBS dried basil
    2 TBS dried oregano


Directions

1) Chop potatoes and onions
2) Add potatoes, oninos, oil, and seasonings to frying pan. Fry potatoes until outside is brown.
3) Add a little water to pan and cover with lid until the potatoes are fully cooked.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
