Ingredients

    1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4 Pork Loin Chops
    1 medium onion, cut in half, sliced
    2 C sliced mushrooms
    1 TBSP Garlic Powder (or to taste)
    1 TBSP Black Pepper (or to taste)
    2 Garlic Cloves, minced
    1 Can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 Cups Green Beans, cleaned up
    1 package Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown Rice (90 second)

Directions

Heat Olive Oil in large skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add onion, mushroom, 2 tsp of the garlic powder, 2 tsp of the black pepper and cook until soft; about 5 minutes. Sprinkle pork chops with remainder of garlic powder and black pepper and add to skillet along with the garlic. Cook approximately 5 minutes then turn over. Add Cream of Mushroom soup and green beans to pan. Cover, turn heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes. Cook rice in microwave for 90 seconds. Add to the pan during the last 5 minutes of cook time.

Makes 4 servings.
