Ingredients

Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) - broken up into florets.
Half a medium onions, sliced
Olive Oil, .25 cup
Salt, 1 dash
Garlic, 2 cloves - pressed.
Directions
Place cauliflower and sliced onion on a cookie sheet and toss with pressed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 fror 25 to 30 minutes.
