Quick Tuna Salad

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 cans of Tuna ( in water)
    2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    2 Slices of medium raw Onion
    2 TBS Mayo
    2 TBSPickle Relish
    1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Place 2 cans of Tuna in a mixing Bowl. Add Chop Onions and Eggs., Mayo, Relish,and Garlic. Mix well

Serve on 2 slices of bread or crackers.

Makes 4 one cup servings
