Ingredients

    take flour and pepper and mix together then take defrosted scallops and shake them in the mixture take olive oil and margarin and put in pan then take scallops and let them saute utill light brown, remove and add onion,garlic,and saute till onion is transperent, then add lemon juice and chicken broth to a boil add littel of the flour and peper mix to it and let thicken add scalops and serve over pasta
