Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 & 1/2 cups splenda
3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
2tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 extra large eggs
1 & 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
3 cups shredded zucchini
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pam spray and lightly flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. Or line with parchment paper.
2.In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, splenda & brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the eggs and applesauce, mix well. Fold in zucchini until evenly distributed. Pour into the prepared pan.
3.Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake completely.
If wanted, lightly dust with confectioners sugar. Be sure to account for additional calories if dusting.
4. Once cooled, cut into 32 pieces.
