Introduction

Made form teh recipe ont eh inside lid of Stonyfield Farms Organic lowfat plain yogurt. Made form teh recipe ont eh inside lid of Stonyfield Farms Organic lowfat plain yogurt.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 C whole wheat flour
    0.5 C sorghum (originally called for sugar)
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 C yogurt
    0.25 C butter, melted
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 C strawberries, chopped

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Toss strawberries in dry mix to coat. Mix all wet ingredients. Pour wet mix into dry/strawberry mix. Stir as littel as possible, spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes. Makes 16 muffins.
