Potato, Corn, Ham Bisque

Ingredients

small onion chopped
green onions, 1/2 C
celery 1/2 C
2T flour
4C potato diced
4C frozen corn
4 to 5 C chicken stock
3/4C diced ham (optional)
Worcestershire Sauce 1T or to taste
salt to taste
half and half 1/2 C
Directions
Saute onions and celery. Sprinkle potato and corn with flour, add to onion mix then cook for two min. Add chicken stock and seasonings, bring to simmer. When potatoes are tender, puree in blender or with hand blender. Finish with half and half.
