Low Carb French Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

    2 eggs beaten
    1 quart cream
    3/4 cup Splenda
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions


Prepare freezer according to manufacturer's directions. Combine eggs, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla extract. pour into freezer can. Freeze as directed. Makes 1/2 gallon
