Ingredients

1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup chopped peaches
1/2 cup black beans (you can use whole can of beans)
1/4-1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 jalapeno peppers (optional) seeded and chopped
2+ tbl chopped fresh cilantro
2tbl red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Chop all into bite size pieces. Combine, toss to coat. Chill for 30+ min. The longer you let it sit the better the flavor.
Great with Chicken, Pork or White fish.
