Sloppy Joe Filling

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 10 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 6 oz can tomato paste
    1 1.3-1.5 oz envelope sloppy joe seasoning mix

Directions

Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned and crumbled. Discard drippings. Stir in mixed vegetables, 1 1/3 cups water, tomato paste and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until thickened, about 10 minutes. Serve on bun/bread of choice (not included in nutrition information). I like to use low-cal/high fiber tortillas.
