Asian-Inspired Chicken Salad

Introduction

Very easy to make, and absolutely delicious! This salad keeps well in the fridge and is very healthy. Very easy to make, and absolutely delicious! This salad keeps well in the fridge and is very healthy.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Roma Tomatoes
    4 Large Celery Stalks
    1 Avocado
    1 Large Red Bell Pepper
    4-6 Spring Onions
    250 g Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    125 ml Kraft Asian Sesame Dressnig

Directions

Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Put Cole Slaw mix into large bowl.

Add all vegetable.

Cook ground turkey on Forman grill or other fat-reducing cooker.

Let turkey cool slightly then add it to bowl.

Add dressing.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
