Easy Black Bean and Pumpkin soup

Introduction

Fast, filling tasty thick soup loaded with fiber and beta carotene Fast, filling tasty thick soup loaded with fiber and beta carotene
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 29 oz can of Libby's pumpkin
    One 15 oz. can Rosarita refried black beans
    One 15 oz can water
    Two tsp chili powder
    One tsp ground cumin
    Splenda one tsp or to taste

Directions

In a large cooking pot combine pumpkin and refried beans. Add water stirring constantly. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer. Add seasonings. Sweeten to taste. Really good thick delicious easy soup.
