Tuna Patties

Introduction

Any flaked meat may be used. Any flaked meat may be used.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 - 6 1/2 oz can tuna, undrained
    1 egg
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup grated carrots
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    2 tsp lemon juice
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Shape into 6 patties and cook over medium heat in a frying pan sparayed with pam, about 2 minutes on eack side or until golden brown.
3. Serve plain or with bread.
Makes 6 servings
