Ingredients

    Parboil cabbage 20-30 minutes.
Add bacon (cut into 1/4" pieced) and onion (diced) to skillet and cook until soft, NOT CRISP, about 3-5 minutes. I had no fat to drain, but if you do, drain it.

Cut out the core of the cabbage similar to how you would core a tomato, and remove the hard core from the cabbage. Dress the cabbage with some olive oil and seasonings of your choice, ie., salt, pepper, garlic, etc. Add Walden Farms Italian Sun Dried Tomato Dressing to your bacon/onion mixture then fill the cabbage with it, where you cored the cabbage. Cook the cabbage on a piece of aluminum foil and use another piece to wrinkle up to make a ring so the cabbage will not fall over. Allow to cook for 20-35 minutes.
When done, remove cabbage from the grill and quarter vertically so that you have equal portions of cabbage with the BBQ topping on each piece of cabbage. Serve and enjoy!!
