Ingredients

    1 eggplant
    1 tomato
    1 zucchini
    1/2 tsp honey
    1/2 tsp chipotle pepper seasoning
    Jalapenos (optional)

    Preheat oven.
    1. Slice eggplant in half
    2. Brown ground beef in a pot with all of the other ingredients.
    3. Fill eggplants with contents of pot.
    4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
