Tuna Patties

Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 can
    *Egg white, 3 serving
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, finely chopped
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, seasoned, 1 cup crushed
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Form into patties. Broil for 7 minutes on each side (or until brown).

Makes 6 patties
