1 7 oz package of Athenos roasted garlic hummus
1 cup of Libbys pumpkin
Directions
Mix the two ingredients together. It makes 15 two tablespoon servings.

what do you like to use it with? it sounds really good, but i don't know what to dip in it. - 6/4/09

I actually use it as a filling for a La Tortilla high fiber wrap. I use about three ounces, top with parsley, romaine and sprouts. Roll and eat. It would be good inside a whole wheat pita, or tear up the pita for dipping. Raw veggies, whole grain crackers and breads.
