EASY TO PREPARE, GREAT FOR LUNCH!. EASY TO PREPARE, GREAT FOR LUNCH!.

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Tortilla (1)
    Chorizo, pork and beef, (1 oz)
    *El Mexicano, Mexican Style Pinto Beans, .(4 TBSP)
    Beef, tip round, 2 oz (1/2 OF A STEAK REALLY THIN )
    Monterey Cheese, 2 oz

Directions

IN A SMALL PAN COOK THE STEAK FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES (DO NOT ADD OIL)MEDIUM HEAT. GET THE STEAK OUT AND ON THE SAME PAN ADD CHORIZO, LET COOK FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES, ADD BEANS AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 2 ADD THE CHEESSE.
CHOP THE STEAK, WARM UP THE TORTILLA ADD STEAK,BEANS,CHORIZO AND SOUR CREAM.
